The PSSDC, Dr. Rammanoher Lohia Avadh University Ayodhya is focused to make our students not only qualified but also employable. Considering the guidelines and feedback from our recruiters, employability enhancement activities are also equally taken care along with the routine activities which include Group Discussion, Personal Interview Preparation, Aptitude Building Sessions and Technical Value Addition Programs. Regular assessment of the employability skill test of the students & interaction with Industrial experts, Human Resource Professionals enlightens our students about the corporate expectations.
Campus connect programs with top multinationals helps our students to understand the corporate world in better way and makes them industry ready to grab the best opportunities available. In addition to Placement oriented activities, sessions for Entrepreneurship Development, guidance for higher studies are also organized as per the interest of our future technocrats. Training and Placement office looks for overall smooth transition of our students from Campus to Corporate world.

About the PSSDC:
Introduction
The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates and Post Graduates passing out from the university by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct interviews.
Our ingenious alumnae have set new standards in the corporate world through their estimable contributions and it is my firm conviction that we will continue that legacy in the years to come.
The Placement Cell organizes career guidance program for all the students starting from first year. The cell arranges training program like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions and Communication Skills Workshop etc. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training program for final year students.
